Toronto is without a doubt a creative city with endless amount of talent and we love nothing more than to showcase that talent. So when we stumbled across artist Erin Rothstein, we knew we couldn't keep it to ourselves.

Erin Rothstein is a Toronto based visual artist who have an incredible ability to paint food so realistic and delicious that you genuinely question if that Big Mac is a painting or is just your mind playing games on  you because you're hungry.

Contrary to what you might think, Erin's work are not photos, but rather expertly executed paintings done on canvas with acrylic. Her subject matter ranges from exotic fruits, to junk food, to pretty pastries. And the best part? You can buy her awesome work! Yes, you too can have a giant avocado painting in your kitchen. She also has pillows and prints with awesome pieces.
