Last week, it seemed like all that anyone could talk about was the Starbucks Unicorn Frappucinos. While they're (sadly) no longer available, that doesn't mean there's no way to get your hands on one.
Thanks to the genius that is the internet, there are all sorts of tutorials that allow you to make the famed beverage from the comfort of your own home.
Youtuber emmymadeinjapan came up with her own version of the Unicorn Frap that we think comes pretty close to the original.
To create the Frappuccino itself, here are the required ingredients:
1/2 C. vanilla ice cream
1/2 C. ice
splash of milk (scant 1/4 C.)
1 t. strawberry Bottle Pop powder
1 1/2 t. mango syrup
3-5 drops of neon pink food colouring
To get that sour taste and add some colour, you'll need to create the blue drizzle:
1, 10 oz. can of condensed milk
1, 5 oz. can of evaporated milk
6 T. sugar
3 oz. white chocolate chips
1 pkg. unsweetened Blue Raspberry Kool Aid
2 drops neon blue food colouring
