Toronto has a serious case of K-Pop fever. Fans in the city are absolutely obsessed with Korean acts like EXO and Big Bang from across the pond.

But perhaps the biggest thing in K-Pop right now is the boy band BTS. The group consists of seven handsome twenty-somethings who have risen to global stardom in the past few years. Last year, they broke records with their electro album “Love Yourself: Her,” and the year prior they beat out Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez to win Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards.

BTS fans in Toronto have made it their life’s mission to bring the boys to the city. They’ve already been to Toronto once, but that was clearly not enough for fans.

Almost every day, they send their pleas to Twitter in hopes that someone in the K-Pop industry will take notice and make their dreams a reality:

BTS fans even went as far as to start a petition on Change.org last year that urged the boys to add Toronto as a stop on their Wings Tour:

“Today, a successful K-Pop group that has captured the hearts of many in Toronto is Bangtan Sonyeondan, BTS,” reads the petition. “ They are loved by thousands and thousands of A.R.M.Ys (BTS fans) here who would love to see them live for the Wings Tour in 2017. However, the North American dates for this tour are only set in the U.S. at the moment, depriving Canadian fans from seeing BTS’ heartfelt performances.”

As many as 1,362 people have signed the petition, and the cause continues to gain momentum today. Needless to say, BTS fans won’t stop until they get what they want…

So BTS, if you’re reading this - Toronto needs you!
