For real this time.
We've heard of possibility that brew would be up for sale at grocery stores for some time now, and it looks as though the Ontario government has kept its promise.
At least 60 grocery stores across Ontario will be selling beer before Christmas, with hopes that that number will grow to 450 stores in the next three years.
Beer options will not be limited to just typical premium beers, with at least 20% of beer shelf space reserved for Ontario's small and craft brewers (you're welcome hipsters). Ultimately, this will help not only broaden your beer-taste buds, but also help support local bussinesses.
The best part? The price of the beer will be the same as anywhere else beer is sold. SWEET!
