One of the world's most legendary rock and roll bands is coming to Ontario this July. Aerosmith will be among the headliners at this year's Roxodus Music Fest in Edenvale, Ontario. Aerosmith will be rocking the stage at the Edenvale Airport grounds in Clearview Township on July 14th, the final act of the four-day music fest.
Thursday, July 11th - day one of Roxodus Music Fest - will be headlined by Nickelback, followed by Lynyrd Skynyrd on Friday and Kid Rock on Saturday. Other major acts include Alice Cooper, Matthew Good, Theory of a Deadman, Billy Idol, Cheap Trick, Collective Soul and Peter Frampton.
Roxodus is the only Canadian appearance that Aerosmith will make in 2019, so all you die-hard fans should secure your passes ASAP. It's not often that frontman Steven Tyler and guitarist Joe Perry grace the stage in Ontario. Now until April 15th, four-day passes are on sale for the price of a three-day pass.
Pass prices range from $299 to $789 CAD, depending on the package. There's also on-site camping and RV parking for an additional fee. Parking passes are also a separate charge. To see the full pricing guide and to purchase your passes, click here.
Roxodus Fest organizer Mike Dunphy tells Simcoe.com that attendance is expected to be around 30,000 people each day, as it's unlike any other festival in Canada. Which will provide huge opportunities for local businesses to thrive. "They are coming from all over the world to see this. You can imagine what the impact will be on the hotel, food and beverage world around here," Dunphy says.
