Everyone's favourite build-your-own-pizza joint is opening a third location in Toronto, and this one's not downtown. The California-based chain announced that another Blaze Pizza restaurant is about to open near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue West. Narcity can confirm that the new North York location is set to open any day now - the signage has been put up and the windows papered over.
The new Blaze Pizza is located at the new-and-improved Yonge-Sheppard Centre at 4841-4888 Yonge Street. The main entrance is accessible right off of Yonge, next to the entrance to the Yonge-Sheppard subway station. Right beside it, Five Guys and Sweet Jesus are about to open as well.
Blaze Pizza is one of North America's most beloved spot for fast-fired, thin-crust pizzas. In the same amount of time that it takes to get a Subway sandwich made, you can customize your very own personal pizza from start to finish. In just three minutes, your pizza is fired to perfection and ready to eat. In Canada, a personal pizza with unlimited toppings will cost you roughly $10.
There are two other Blaze Pizza locations open in Toronto, one at Yonge and Dundas Square, one at John Street and Queen Street West.
LeBron James is a Blaze Pizza investor and franchisee. He continues to endorse the chain and has promoted it on social media a number of times.
No word yet on the exact opening date of Blaze Pizza North York. But, by the looks of it, we shouldn't have to wait too much longer.
