Canada's Biggest Video Game Expo Is Coming To Toronto This Weekend

Seriously, it's huge

Video games are a multi-billion dollar industry around the world. It's a form of entertainment that seems to be completely universal, appealing to people of all ages and backgrounds. 

With such a wide ranging appeal it's no surprise that there's conventions dedicated to it. Lucky for all the huge gamer in Ontario, there's one happening in Toronto this weekend it's the biggest ones in Canada yet.  

The Enthusiast Gaming Live Expo (EGLX) will be taking over the International Centre from today up until Sunday March 11th. EGLX is Canada's largest gaming expo with organizers expecting over 15,000 gamers to pass though over the course of the weekend.

The Expo will feature plenty of interactive events for gaming enthusiasts of all ages and genres.   

There's a Kids Zone, a Minecraft Building Contest and even a retro arcade for fans of the old classic games and so much more, there are over 150 exhibitions in total to check out.

On top of actually playing video games there's also cosplay panel that will give you tips about how to level up your game when it comes to dressing up as your favourite characters.

Prices for a weekend pass range from $45 pre-show to $50 at the door. If you would to attend only one day that can cost you between $30 and $40 depending on the day. All the specific info you need is here.
