Canada's First Plant-Based Beyond Meat Burrito Is Now Available Across The Country
Toronto-based Mexican chain Quesada Burritos & Tacos now has Beyond Meat burritos.
Toronto is known as the Vegan Capital of Canada. So, it really comes as no surprise that the revolutionary plant-based foodservice company, Beyond Meat, has chosen to partner with the Canadian restaurant chain, Quesada Burritos & Tacos to launch its Canada's first plant-based Beyond Meat Burrito. Quesada Burritos & Tacos originally planted its roots in Canadian soil with their Toronto location, followed by over 100 more across the country.
The restaurant company is the first national chain in the Mexican quick-service restaurant category to partner with Beyond Meat, the vegan protein manufacturer that received high praise for its popular Beyond Meat® Burger featured at A&W Canada restaurant locations last year. I guess that you can say that when it comes to Beyond Meat, it was love at first bite for Canadian vegans.
The burrito will be made with Beyond Meat's Feisty Crumbles and will be available nation-wide at almost 120 Quesada restaurants across Canada starting tomorrow.

Quesada's Beyond Meat Burrito will reportedly integrate an authentic mixture of Mexican flavours with the bold heat of Habanero pepper, promising to deliver a delicious mouthful of spice and faux-meaty goodness in every bite.
Beyond Meat's 100% plant-based Feisty Crumbles are made from pea protein, and the product is the only gluten-free and soy-free crumble on the market. The vegan protein boasts an impressive nutrition facts label, with half the saturated fat of ground beef and no cholesterol or antibiotics.
