Uh oh.

The union representing the LCBO, the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, filed a “no board” report, meaning that they could be in a legal position to strike in 17 days.

If the union and the Ministry of Labour don't resolve their differences within those 17 days, the 7, 500 workers at the LCBO could be in a position to strike. That's June 23rd and just a little more than a week before the Canada Day celebrations.

LCBO staff previously voted 93 percent in favour of a strike earlier in April, according to 680 News. Union workers have raised concerns about wages for workers, especially since the announcement of the $15 minimum wage.
