After much speculation, US Weekly has confirmed that Suits actress Meghan Markle has been officially invited to Pippa Middleton's wedding. Pippa is set to wed her fiance James Matthews this May in a ceremony at St. Mark’s Church Englefield in Berkshire. Meghan will be attending as Prince Harry's date.
That said, there is a catch. Pippa is reportedly sticking to her "no ring, no bring" rule for the ceremony, meaning that dates must be either the fiance or wife of the invited guest. Because Meghan and Prince Harry have (yet) to make things official, that means Meghan will only be joining the family for the reception following the ceremony.
The reception will be taking place at Pippa and Kate's family home in Bucklebury. The party will be held in the home's 18-acre grounds.
What do you think of Pippa's rule?
