After an official partnership between Toronto and New York tourism companies was announced to boost joint tourism between both cities, Air Canada made an announcement of their own.
The airline is offering a sale on flights from Toronto to New York, with one-way flights to the Big Apple for as little as $154 CAD for trips before February 15th!
And out of the airlines participating in this effort to boost Toronto-NYC tourism, Air Canada is scheduling the most flights.
The announcement of this joint tourism initiative took place today at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, where Tourism Toronto's CEO Johanne Bélanger stated, "Toronto and New York City are the financial, entertainment and cultural centres of our two nations and this partnership goes a long way to share our big-city experiences with each other's residents and visitors."
Expect to see New York City advertisements popping up around Toronto very soon, as both cities have agreed to participate in cross marketing to get the travel party started.
To get your hands on sweet discounted NYC flights, book with Air Canada or a travel agent before October 23rd.
