The producers of Boots & Hearts Music Festival, Republic Live, have announced that an exciting new music festival is coming to Ontario this summer. Big Sky Music Festival will be taking the stage for the first time on July 20th, promising to bring "fans back to the classics" with an impressive lineup of star-studded performances.
The festival will be held at Burl's Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte and will include a foot-stomping lineup of outstanding acts. Viral sensation Mason Ramsey, a.k.a. the "Walmart yodelling kid" will be performing at the concert, alongside Canadian artists Jason McCoy and The Redhill Valleys. Performances by country music legends Alabama, Travis Tritt, and Diamond Rio are also attracting attention to the event.
Lisa Zechmeister, Director of Booking and Development, said in a press release, "All of these artists represent the distinct sound of traditional country music, that's what Big Sky Music Festival is all about. While each of them have their own unique take on the genre, what they have in common hearkens back to a time of purposeful lyrics, impressive vocals and harmonies, and true musicianship."

The festival will consist of a full day of activities and entertainment. According to a press release, Big Sky Music Festival will exhibit a classic car show that will showcase over 100 vintage cars, as well as a craft marketplace loaded with locally-manufactured apparel, accessories, and homemade crafts, and a curated assortment of food and drink vendors.
According to Republic Live, the festival includes on-site camping facilities, and reserved hydro and reserved non-hydro RV campsites that will be available both Friday and Saturday. The site also provides RV rental options through RVezy, Canada's #1 RV rental community, with delivery directly to your campsite. Camping guests will be invited to an exclusive, over-the-top pig roast will also be hosted by the festival on Friday evening.
