Ontario Provincial Police are currently on the search for a 51-year-old fugitive named Richard Roddell Jamieson. Police are asking for the publics help to locate Jamieson, who has broken his statutory release conditions and long term supervision orders. A Canada-wide warrant has been released for his arrest.
Richard Roddell Jamieson is currently under a long-term supervision order and statutory release for failing to comply with his probation orders. He was originally charged with a previous six-year sentence for sexual assault.
Jamieson is known to often visit several Ontarian cities including, Toronto, Belleville, and Picton. The OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement, also know as R.O.P.E., is asking for the public to keep an eye out, especially in these areas.
The OPP is informing the public that Jamieson is a 51-year-old Indigenous male who is six feet three inches tall. He weighs around 210 pounds and is said to have black hair and brown eyes.
Jamieson is also heavily tattooed with multiple tattoos on his neck, torso, arms, and legs.
This isn't the only convict who has been put on a Canada-wide warrant. 32-year-old Jasjit Dhaliwal is also being sought out by R.O.P.E. after he also breached his statutory release. He was previously charged with assault with a weapon and was also said to frequently visit the Toronto area as well.
Dhaliwal is approximately five-feet-10 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a thick beard.
