Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Toronto and the GTA today to announce the government's plan to introduce Carbon Tax come 2019. While Trudeau made his announcement at the north campus for Humber College, the leader of Canada also stopped off for lunch just outside the city in Mississauga.

The restaurant's owner and winner of Food Network's Recipe to Riches, Rick Matharu, can also be seen laughing along in the background wearing the black baseball cap.
