The First Ever Canadian Will Compete On "RuPaul's Drag Race" Next Season

Brooke Lynn Heights will be first Canadian contestant to ever be featured on RuPaul's Drag Race.

If you're a fan of RuPaul's Drag Race then you'll probably know that RuPaul only invites contestants to his show that live in Puerto Rico and the United States. However, we just received the exciting news that RuPaul's Drag Race will finally feature it's first ever Canadian drag queen contestant on the upcoming season

Ontario born drag queen, Brooke Lynn Heights was just announced as a contestant on the upcoming season of RuPaul's Drag Race and we seriously can't wait. This is a major moment in drag race herstory considering Brooke Lynn will be the first Canadian queen to sashay the runway.

If you haven't seen the show before, RuPaul brings together the best group of Drag Queens from across the country to compete in a series of challenges in order to battle it out for the crown of Drag Race champion. The show is filled with quirky challenges, lip sync competitions and a whole bunch of hilariousness. 

Brooke Lynn is known as the Queen of the North and originally comes from Toronto, Ontario. The Canadian queen is totally iconic with her icy blonde hair and amazing outfits. Brooke Lynn Heights is the drag persona of Torontonian, Brock Hayhoe.

Brooke Lynn will have to compete against 13 other contestants for her chance at the crown. She'll likely have to sew up costumes, belt her heart out and hopefully, she'll never have to lipsync for her life.

She currently has over 43,000 followers on Instagram and is well known in the drag community in Toronto. Brooke Lynn announced her run in season 11 of Drag Race by posting her promo photo on Instagram just one hour ago! You can see her sporting an orange jumpsuit, black thigh high boots, and a slicked back hairdo.


Brooke Lynn Heights will be the first ever Canadian
to compete on the reality competition series. She will compete for the crown and title of America's Next Drag Superstar and the grand cash prize as well! 

The rest of the season 11 contestants were announced today by Adam Rippon.
