The TTC has added five new express bus routes to expand its service while it continues to work on the much awaited subway renovations expected to be completed in the next few years.
The new routes are to service areas in the city that are not considered to be the busiest, but they are still expected to bring in an approximate 400,000 new commuters this year. The buses are also not to cost the same double fare as the existing downtown express routes.
