In conversation with the Huffington Post, Mathieu Filion, an official in the office of Canadian Social Development, addressed the Oxfam report. Filion explained that Trudeau's government has been working to grow the middle class, by cutting taxes to the middle class and raising them for families with an income of $250,000 or more.
