This Is Everything You Need To Know About Pippa Middleton's $318,000 Wedding

Wow.

The day is finally here! While it's not the royal wedding we're all hoping for (cough Prince Harry and Meghan Markle), Pippa Middleton's wedding will surely be an exciting one. And an expensive one!

According to Bridebook, the wedding is expected to cost a whopping $318,000. That's 15x more than the cost of the average wedding!

The Husband 

Pippa will be marrying James Matthews, a hedge fund manager at Eden Rock Capital Management Group, named after his parents' luxury resort in St. Barths. 

Matthews' brother, Spencer Matthews, is a well-known reality star in England. He has previously starred on Made In Chelsea, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and The Jump. 


The Ceremony

The ceremony will take place at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, Berkshire. Flowers for the ceremony and reception are estimated to have cost $20,615. 


The Reception

The reception will be held at the Middleton family compound. According to the Daily Mail, the Middletons have flown in a $130,000 glass conservatory-style structure for the event. There are expected to be about 300 guests. 

The catering for the event is expected to cost $90,188. 


The Royals

Though Kate Middleton won't be a bridesmaid, her family will be involved in the festivities. Kate is expected to perform a reading during the ceremony. Her children will play a bigger role, with Charlotte serving as the flower girl and George as a page boy.

The Preparation

According to E News, Middleton has gone under an extensive "Bridal Body Boot Camp" to prepare for the wedding. 

The package typically includes a personal trainer, skincare treatments, plus yoga, pilates, spinning, cardio training, dance and meditation classes. They also offer home deliveries of specialized healthy meals.
