To anyone who's ever questioned whether Toronto was worthy of the "world-class city" title - Metropolis Magazine ranked us Toronto as the most liveable city in the world, so I mean, that should be pretty good confirmation that it's world-class.

But apparently, MoneySense magazine doesn't agree. In their ranking of best Canadian cities, Toronto failed to make the cut, since it apparently does not fare well in comparison to other cities when considering factors like retirement and affordable housing.
