It all started when cars were stuck on Don Mills Road during Monday's massive snowstorm. From the video footage, it appears that cars got stuck going up the hill just north of York Mills. This led a Toronto man to brave the cold and go out onto the road to shovel the snow himself so that cars would be able to drive again.

On a side note, people can't get enough of the son who filmed the video's distinctly Toronto accent. His accent deserves a reward on its own.

The extreme winter weather in Toronto has caused major delays and shutdowns in the city. Toronto even broke single-day snowfall records this week.

Southern Ontario is expected to be in for even more deep freezes until the middle of March. In the midst of all the chaos, it's heartwarming to see Torontonians taking the time to help each other out.
