"Police are concerned for his safety, as he was not dressed for the weather and not with an adult," says the news release. Sunday night's temperature wasn't as terribly cold as it's been recently, but still being a winter night in early February, the boy was severely underdressed.

According to the news release, the boy is described as five feet tall "with a thin build". He was wearing "a black t-shirt with ‘Nike’ and the Nike symbol on the front, black or dark blue sports shorts with a white stripe, and white socks with grey bottoms" at the time.
