Toronto Police have updated one of their most recent sexual assault cases. Since Monday, March 11, 2019Toronto Police have been looking for a man who was involved in a sexual assault alert.  Since the incident, police have released video and images that they obtained from a nearby surveillance camera and are asking for the public's help in identifying him. 

The incident occurred just before 10 PM on March 11 in the area of Balliol Street and Pailton Crescent in Toronto. According to police, a 29-year-old woman was approached by a man, shown in the video, who is alleged to have sexually assaulted her.

According to the Toronto Police news release, the suspect was last seen fleeing the scene westbound on Balliol Street and the police are still attempting to identify the suspect and his whereabouts. 

The man is said to be in his late thirties or early forties. He's approximately 6'1" and weighs about 160 lbs. He has a dark brown goatee and is said to have a rounded back and seemingly poor posture.

The suspect was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a black sweatshirt, and a black toque and can be seen in the video posted below. 

This video footage was obtained by the Toronto Police during their investigation of the case. 

Toronto Police have also released photos of the suspect in attempts to identify him and can be viewed below.
