Presto, the company that's meant to be bringing our TTC experience into the modern era, seems to be struggling with a fancy new technology that the kids are calling "the internet." They have recently announced on their website that account services and the site itself will be down on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of January, and that you can expect delays and interruptions in your services until the 21st.
This wouldn't be that big of a deal if Presto cards weren't something a lot of people relied on to get around, but it is, and this is going to seriously inconvenience a lot of commuters. Add to that the fact that no self-respecting corporation should need three whole days to complete site maintenance, and this starts to look pretty embarrassing.
