The beer culture in Toronto is pretty great. We have craft breweries a plenty, endless pubs, and a lot of beer lovers. One thing we could definitely is a few more beer halls.
What's a beer hall you might ask? Essentially it's a concept that comes to us from the Germans, where a large room is decked out with long tables for socializing and beer drinking. Think Oktoberfest...but all the time!
Enter 'King Taps': a huge beer hall coming to Toronto's already lively Financial District. This watering hole is set to open in First Canadian Place located at 100 King St. West and will no doubt become THE spot for after work drinks.
The beer hall will be two stories high and feature 50 beers on tap, plenty of seating, live music, sports, as well as a kitchen serving yummy eats like pizza...because who doesn't love pizza.
In the summer months, King Taps will also have a massive patio because there really is no season like patio season.
They are currently hiring, so if you want to work at Toronto's up and coming beer hot spot, click here.
King Taps is set to open in 2017, who's excited?!
