An extreme cold weather alert remains in effect for Toronto on this chilly Monday, but it won't be here for much longer.
According to Environment Canada, temperatures will begin to rise to seasonal averages tomorrow. Mornings are still expected to be rather chilly, but the temperatures are expected to get warmer throughout the afternoon, with highs of 1 or 2°C. Some precipitation may fall between now and Christmas as well.
For now, it's best that you stay bundled up because it could get as cold as -20°C as the day progresses.
