Wet'n'Wild Water Park Is Hiring 400 People For The Summer

Anyone need a job this summer?

If you're going to be looking for a summer job this year you may want to considering submitting an application to Wet'n'Wild Water Park. The company is looking for a ton of new staff looking for something fun and outdoorsy to do this summer. And no worries if you don't have your lifeguarding certificate, there are almost 20 different positions that are opened on their jobs page.

The water park is looking to hire people for multiple positions, including: 

  • Admissions & Ticketing Host
  • Events and Entertainment Staff 
  • Lifeguard
  • Assistant Lifeguard
  • Water Park Attendant
  • Attractions Operator
  • Park Services Attendant
  • Food Service Attendant
  • Line Cook
  • Retail Cashier
  • Warehouse Attendant
  • Cash Control Team Member
  • Mascot Program Hosts
  • Security Officer
  • Emergency Medical Technician/ Responder

Some of the positions require you to have official certification. Those interested in the position of lifeguard, for example, must possess or need to get the following certifications:

  • Red Cross Lifeguard or NLS certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Level C certificate
  • They will also be required to complete a Water Park Lifeguard training program. 

Those interested in becoming a waterpark attendant must possess, or will need to get: 

  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certificate
  • A valid Bronze Medallion or a Bronze Cross is an asset (although applicants without one are encouraged to apply)
  • Will be required to complete in house training programs and certifications 

While summer may be months away the deadline to apply for any of these positions is not, applicants must apply online by March 15 at the latest.
