2014 has been one hell of a year for Toronto. Rob Ford made way for John Tory, a dude found a random girl with the same name as his ex to travel the world with, and Zanta disappeared again. As the year draws to a close, it's good to reflect on the good and the bad, and rank things, because ranking things is fun.
To help us with this, Torontoist has brought back its yearly Heroes and Villains of the Year vote. Among the heroes this year you'll find the Raptors, the shirtless jogger who yelled at Rob Ford, and the new streetcars. Among the villains: Rob and Doug Ford, the TTC (it's been sucking like usual), and the CBC for protecting Jian Ghomeshi at the expense of the women he harassed and assaulted.
