Zayn Malik has canceled his Japanese tour dates, with sources noting that it had to do with his "crippling" anxiety. The tour dates had already been rescheduled from January due to "scheduling conflicts."
Around this time last year, Malik pulled out of his appearance at Capital FM's Summertime Ball, blaming his anxiety.
According to The Sun, some of the reasons for Malik canceling include "a change in the recording schedule" and that Zayn is too busy "planning his debut world tour."
Following the release of Zayn's solo album Mind of Mine, which came out in 2015 to massive success, he has yet to tour as a solo artist. According to sources, this could be a big problem for the star. "If he never performs, there's a danger his solo career will flop."
Here's hoping that Zayn gets the help he needs! (And for a 2018 solo tour!)
