The Habari Africa Festival starts on Friday and runs for the whole weekend. Experience African culture through song, dance, costume right by the waterfront.

The popular band known for hits such as "Good Life" and "Counting Stars" will be making their return Toronto at the Budweiser Stage. The tour also features Fitz and the Tantrums and James Arthur.

The Canadian Youth Artistic Festival @ University of Toronto // 27 King's College Cir.

This festival honours the artistic youth of children in the African community. It features a dance show, poetry slam and various dance and music workshops.

Toronto Youth Shorts @ Innis College // 2 Sussex Ave.

This is the festival's 9th annual run, and this year it features 53 short films made by artists in the southern Ontario region. The festival takes place across various parts of Toronto. 

Toronto FC vs. Portland Timbers @ BMO Field // 170 Princes' Blvd.

Summer isn't over yet, and that means the skies are clear and perfect for a Toronto FC game. Watch them play the Portland Timbers on Saturday.
