Adventure awaits you!

With the warmer weather finally (but very slowly) moving to the Spring and Summer seasons, it's time for Canadians to channel their inner adventurer- and who can blame them?! Ontario is home to some gorgeous scenic spots that are begging for you to put on some running shoes and trek through the province. Though we think we've found one of the coolest spots in Ontario to adventure in.

The place in question is actually the collection of Bonnechere Caves in Eganville. The natural solution caves are some of the finest in the world and have become an award-winning attraction that people travel all over the world to visit!

The caves feature guided tours that run every half hour and last up to an hour. The photos look as if they are out of a scene from Indiana Jones to say the least:

It's not just the caves that attract adventurers but even the surrounding area. Nearby there is a rapid river as well as surrounding forest that has tons of wildlife living nearby. It's basically Ottawa's mini version of a Canadian Amazon!

While the caves are still closed for now, they'll be reopening come May long weekend, so set a reminder to visit this spot once it starts to get warm! It's definitely an Ontario-bound adventure you won't want to miss out on, check out their website for more information!
