Last weekend, Nathan Phillips Square officially kicked off the Christmas season with its annual Cavalcade of Lights event that revealed Toronto's epic Christmas tree posed for all to see at the centre of the Square!
And this weekend, the Square is amping up the Christmas celebrations with the opening of another annual Christmas event, Te Fair In The Square Holiday Market!
In case you missed it last year, this street market/ carnival/ fair, running from December 1st to the 23rd, has basically everything you could ask for from a winter market.
From skating and carnival rides, to food, drinks and local vendors, Fair In The Square is a must-see holiday event in Toronto.
Hosted by (and proudly supporting) Epilepsy Toronto, along with a bunch of popular sponsors like Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza, and The Toronto Star, this year's fair is prepping to up the ante from last year's inaugural event with plenty of entertainment scheduled for the entire month of December. You can check out the complete schedule here.
Entry into Fair In The Square is free and the market will be open to guests from 4pm to 10pm on weekdays and from 12pm to 10pm on weekends until December 23.
