There's A Rosé Festival Happening In Toronto This Summer
All pink everything!
Now that summer is upon us, it's time to get ourselves out of the Netflix binges and into enjoying the sunshine. With a plethora of things to do in Toronto while the sun is shining, a picnic in the park definitely tops the summer bucket list.
But not just any picnic, THE picnic. The Rosé Picnic, to be exact! It's the largest rosé picnic in Canada and it's hitting up the lawns of Stanley Barracks, at Exhibition Place, and Hotel X, at 111 Princes' Boulevard in Toronto for it's second annual event.
The picnic features tons of different kinds of rosé wine, along with some seriously delicious food from celebrity chef Mark McEwan and his restaurants Bymark, Fabbrica, McEwan Foods, North 44, and ONE. They'll offer a wide array of picnic fare with both gluten-free and vegan options for anyone to enjoy.
If rosé isn't your style, they'll always have different craft beers to choose from, Belvedere vodka, bubbling pink champagne, Fiji water and a selection of cocktails.
The pink and white outdoor decor of the event will bring life to your rosé dreams and the view of the skyline from the Stanley Barracks and Hotel X is breathtaking. The picnic will also feature some of Canada's best DJ's for a live music extravaganza you won't soon forget. Tickets start at 30 bucks and the event will be held on August 11 so put it in your calenders!
