Halloween is the best time of year for horror buffs, but you didn't need me to tell you that. From horror film festivals to spooky escape rooms and haunted houses, Torontonians sure love to be terrified. Thankfully, if you've been looking for a new way to get spooked, you've got a great opportunity coming up this November!
"Horror-Rama" Toronto is a festival that has been running for five years and it boasts the title of being Toronto's only "all horror convention." The convention features movie screenings, panels and Q+A's with stars from iconic horror movies such as Dee Wallace who starred in 'The Howling" and "Cujo." Another star on the roster is David Naughton who starred in "An American Werewolf in London," but there are many more to be announced!
The convention will also include screenings of short films that were submitted throughout the year as a part of Horror-Rama's first official International Short Horror Film Festival. With awards and prizes up for grabs for the spookiest flicks, you can rest assured that the winning shorts that will be shown will be terrifying in the best way possible.
Ticket options include the opportunity to buy single day passes, which will only will cost you $30 on Saturday and $25 on Sunday. Or you can buy tickets for the whole weekend at a discounted price of $40, or go VIP and spent $90 on "THE WHOLE CREEP" package.
If you are already hyped up for the festivities, you can expect to head over to the event's location at 918 Bathurst Street on November 3rd and 4th. To buy tickets in advance, you can check out the event's website by clicking here.
