Toronto Is Hosting A Huge Outdoor Yoga Festival This Summer

'Yoga'tta experience this!

Yoga and meditation are two simple activities you can fit into your daily schedule that are proven to make a huge difference in your mood and outlook on life. Not only does yoga improve flexibility and core strength but it also relieves stress and improves your mood after each session.

I've always shied away from yoga due to my seriously poor flexibility but the best thing about it is that everyone is welcome, from beginners to experts! Yoga is all about improvement and not your skill level.

This summer Lole is hosting a huge yoga festival that travels around to major cities in Canada and the US. This traveling yoga event is called the Lole White Tour and it looks like the coolest event of the summer!

The Lole White Tour will be hitting Toronto on July 26th at the Exhibition Place and you definitely don't want to miss out! Hundreds of passionate yogi's attend this festival every year and it's always an unreal sight to behold.

Everyone is required to wear white to the event, although it doesn't have to be full white. Lole has a line of white yoga clothes that are great quality and super stylish. With everyone wearing white against the bright yellow mats it's a stunning sight!

Participants will arrive at the Exhibition Place around 6pm where they can pick a spot and wander around the grounds. Then the yoga and meditation sessions begins at 8pm and will end around 9:30pm. Afterwards participants are allowed to speak to the yoga teachers and mingle in the grounds for a while before departing.

A ticket to the event will cost $59 and will include your yellow mat, the meditation and yoga sessions, live music, a gift bag and a $15 Lole gift card! If you register with a group of 4 or more you get a discounted price of $54 and there's also a VIP ticket which costs $156 and includes everything in the regular ticket plus a meet & great with the yoga teacher, a reserved section near the main stage and complimentary drinks and snacks!
