'Tis the season to be jolly. And with the countless events and festivities going on in the city to celebrate this magical time of the year, it's hard not be the jolliest of them all.
And this year, Casa Loma is taking part in the holiday season for the second year in a row. Transforming the over-100-year-old castle into a winter wonderland, Casa Loma is hosting its second annual Winterland Nights in celebration of 150 years of Canadian Christmas, a final hoorah of Canada's sesquicentennial anniversary.
This year, the fairy-tale like castle will have countless designer decorating the space, a 40ft tall Christmas tree and 8 others all designed by local Canadian artists, brilliant Christmas light displays, carollers, delicious holiday treats and much, much more!
The majestic transformation of the winter castle will last throughout the holiday season, starting today, December 18 all the way through to January 7 at 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Casa Loma will be closed, however, for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
The standard admission will get you access to the holiday event.
