The coolest new attraction has officially opened up in Toronto! This year, the city has seen some pretty exciting grand openings including the international Museum of Illusions setting up a permanent location, the Instagram museum Happy Place setting up shop for the winter, and even a sparkling glitter tunnel set up downtown!
But now something even more exciting experience has opened up in Toronto's downtown Hudson's Bay location. They're calling it #the7TO because it's located on the 7th floor of the building and it's basically 8 rooms that have been transformed into whimsical and super Insta-worthy art installations!
These crazy art installations officially opened up on January 21st and they've been scheduled to stay open for most of the winter with no specific closing date in mind. They're completely free to enter, all you have to do is head over to the Hudson's Bay location at Yonge and Queen and take the elevator up to the 7th floor.
Once those elevator doors open you'll be greeted with a total sensory overload, in the best way of course! It's designed to help Torontonians beat the winter blues because we all know the next few months are going to be very grey.
There are 8 rooms in total, all with their own theme to help liven up your Instagram this winter. They have a giant white ball pit, a Jurassic Park room complete with a dinosaur, a giant wedding cake topper room, a flamingo room with giant flamingo legs sculptures stretching all the way to the ceiling, a pinata room with a giant unicorn, a room filled with silver balloons, a Venus de Milo room, and a super pink flower wall room!
They also have a DJ playing music on-site so you can turn your visit into a party. We highly recommend checking out this cool new exhibit in the next few weeks before they decide to shut it down!
