You Can Have A Romantic Dinner At The Toronto Zoo With Your Special Someone On Valentine's Day

It’s going to be a wild night.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and several fun activities will be available to couples in Toronto on the special day.

But of them all, one activity stands out for having the most unique concept ever - First Comes Love is an event that takes place at the Toronto Zoo and it entails a wild evening of among the facility’s wildest creatures.

From 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, couples will be treated to exciting tours and presentations related to the nature of love and reproduction. Special animal encounters, a walkthrough of the zoo’s reproductive laboratories and a romantic buffet dinner are all included in the Valentine’s Day package. The Toronto Zoo describes the event in further detail:

“One of life's greatest gifts is the gift of a child, and being a parent is one of the most important and honourable jobs around! The mystery of birth, and parenthood, has been explored throughout the ages, and it's no surprise that many of the most interesting discoveries have come from the animal world.

Join us for an evening of fascinating facts on parenthood in the wild, where you will learn facts such as how the male sea horse, and not the female, carries their young or that giant pandas only have 72 hours in which they can mate!”

Tickets are $85 each or $160 per couple and a portion of the event’s proceeds will go towards funding for the zoo’s Reproductive programs.

You can register for First Comes Love on the Toronto Zoo website.
