Niagara Falls' Mario Kart Style Race Track Is Officially Opening This Spring

Let's a-go!

Last year we announced the news that Niagara Falls was opening a real-life Mario Kart style race track and everyone went nuts for it! How many hours did we all spend having Mario Kart tournaments with our friends? Probably too many to count so when the chance to experience our favourite childhood video game in real life appeared, we couldn't resist!

If you didn't have the opportunity to head up to Niagara Falls last year and experience it for yourself or you just can't wait to get up there again we have some great news for you because they're officially reopening for the 2019 season this spring.

The Niagara Speedway is North America's largest go-kart track which officially opened up last May featuring a multi-level race track with 4 storeys! There are corkscrews and elevated coaster sections that make the experience feel like you're racing through the Mario Kart would for real.

This year, the Niagara Speedway is planning on reopening its race track doors for March break which falls on March 11th-15th this year! Of course, everything is weather permitting so if we happen to have another blast of snow storms during that week the dates may be postponed.
