A test conducted by PriceOfTravel.com earlier this year determined the 10 countries in Europe that offered the cheapest flights from Toronto. The prices they came up with were determined by taking the average of the cheapest fares for Toronto in early May and in mid-July. Of course, plane tickets can change drastically per month, so flight prices may be slightly different for this fall (some might be even be cheaper than previous estimates):

As you can see, the cheapest European destinations to fly to from Toronto aren't really that cheap at all. But considering that international flights from Canada are the most expensive in the world, it shouldn't really come as any surprise!
