Ever heard of Dundas Peak? If you live in and around the Hamilton area, then you probably have, but hey, we're all for sharing right? This popular hiking destination will provide you with some of the best views in the province, and also makes for a FIRE Instagram post.
Looking out on one side you will feel like you've transported to the rainforest, and looking out on the other you'll overlook Hamilton. It's definitely one of the best spots to catch the sunset too, or to have a romantic little picnic!
The views come after a short hike which amounts to about 4km in total (there and back), and the hike is quite honestly one of the best parts about the place. With waterfalls along the way and lush greenery surrounding, you can escape the world and connect with nature in a rewarding and relaxing way.
What are you waiting for? Text the group chat, pick a day when the sun won't melt you, and load up the car with lots of water and a camera. The gorgeous views from Dundas peak await!
FYI: There is a $10 parking fee per vehicle and a $5 entrance fee per person, so bring cash!
