You Can Go On A Rosé Tasting Trip Across Ontario

For the love of the pink.

Rosé is an often misunderstood class of wine. Typically, rosé is the drink of choice during the summer months and it is enjoyed on its own or with a hearty brunch. Though it is generally associated with light, fruity and sweet notes, the best rosé wines are actually quite dry and originate from France or Spain.

In Ontario, there are several wineries that produce a unique variety of rosé wines. Treat your tastebuds to some pink-coloured goodness with this epic rosé  road trip:

Devil's Wishbone Winery

Deveil's Wishbone Winery is located near the town of Picton in the Bay of Quinte. Historically, the area was plagued with poor quality soils and early settlers had a hard time growing anything with it; but Paul Gallagher, the winery's owner, mixed clay and limestone into the soil and was able to grow vines!

Huff Estates Winery
