You Can Pick Your Own Flowers At This Adorable Field In Ontario
They also have pumpkin and apple picking!
Fall is fast approaching but the summer weather isn't quite over yet! While most of us have set our sights on apple and pumpkin picking in preparation for Thanksgiving and Halloween, there's never a wrong time to decorate your apartment with fresh flowers to brighten up your day.
Luckily, there's a stunning farm in Ontario called Andrew's Scenic Acres that has a field full of fresh flowers and they allow you to wander through and pick your own bouquets! Their flower season isn't over yet and actuall goes until October. Right now they have fields of sunflowers, gladioli and dahlias that will be available for picking from now until the chilly fall weather kicks in!

Andrew's Scenic Acres is located in Milton, Ontario which is just a short 1 hour drive from Toronto, 5 hours from Ottawa, 3 hours from Kingston and 1.5 hours from London. It's definitely worth the trip to pick your own beautiful bouquet of dahlias and sunflowers for fall!
But flower picking isn't the only great fall activity they have going on right now. They also have a pumpkin patch starting on September 22nd (tomorrow), apple picking, a wagon ride out into the farm fields, a winery where you can purchase wines and ciders, a bakery full of yummy treats and so much more!
If you're looking for an activity that you can fill with all your favourite fall activities, this is definitely the one. I mean, you can pick your gf a bouquet of fresh flowers, grab a pumpkin for Halloween, a basket of apples to make apple pie for Thanksgiving and then sit down on a hay bale and enjoy a glass of wine and a sweet treat! What could be better than that?
