Nosh has you covered for your weekend brunch fix — benny, tofu scramble, and French toast included. Some features to check out on their regular menu are the Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos or the Beetroot Burger.

This café is every vegan’s dream dessert destination. Seriously — I’m talking peanut butter cookies, ginger snaps, blondies, and more! They also do veg paninis and sandwiches if you’re looking for lunch fare.
Leyda’s Café // 112 20th Street W
This entire café is nut and gluten free, which make it the perfect place to bring anyone with food allergies. Stop by for lunch on the patio and get their house soup and kale salad, or take your BFF for a brunch date and be sure to try the vegan granola fruit bowl.
Odd Couple // 228 20th Street W
If you’re looking for a great spot for some Asian food, this is the place to be. There’s vegan spring rolls, vegan noodle soup, vegan kung pao, and even vegan apple pie spring rolls for dessert.
The Karma // 157 2nd Avenue N
This is an ideal place to grab coffee and a bite to eat on the go. All of The Karma’s main menu items can be served as a wrap with naan bread, or made into a quinoa and brown rice bowl. Take your pick!
Those Girls At The Market // 414 Avenue B South
Those Girls At The Market is a chocolate stand at the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market, dedicated to raw, dairy-free chocolate. The chocolate is delicious, and a must-try for anyone who is vegan or vegetarian. Some of their flavoured bars include Earl Grey, Cranberry & Sea Salt, Mint, and Coffee.
Prairie Ink Restaurant // 3130 8th Street E
Prairie Ink is a great place to get a delicious salad or sandwich for lunch. Try their black bean and quinoa salad, or one of their homemade soups — usually they have a dairy-free soup option. As a bonus, the restaurant is attached to McNally Robinson bookstore, if you’re in the mood for a browse!
Thrive Juice Co. // 137 20th Street W
If you’re in the mood for fresh juices and smoothies, Thrive is what you’re looking for. They have delicious raw pressed juice and milks, as well as salads and snacks to grab on the go.
The Griffin Takeaway // 3311 8th Street E
This little bakery and lunch spot is entirely gluten-free, and lots of their baking and bread are vegan as well. Try their roasted vegetable sandwich, the vegan banana brownie, or vegan date square.
