It's been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I'm going to flip the pancake a little farther and say that it's the most important meal ever. Especially, if it comes in the form of brunch. Brunch is the meal that satisfies our love for breakfast well after the hours of 9 a.m., it's heavy on the carbs and helps our bodies soak up the previous night's booze, and it's a great excuse to get together with our friends on the weekend.

For all my fellow breakfast lovers out there, consider this your Regina guide to all the eggs benny, sausage, and toast anyone could ever ask for. Who's hungry?

Note: Some of the restaurants listed, only offer brunch on Sundays. Times may vary. Please call each place to find out more information.
