EIGHT will serve fresh Canadian food and aims to define what is Canadian cuisine.
In a press release, Chef Darren MacLean said his food focuses on local ingredients and the people who make up the cultural mosaic that is Canada.
“The mystery and theatre of immersive dining at EIGHT does more than deliver exquisitely delicious food, drink and fun. This restaurant advances the talk, taste and experience of Canada,” he said.
The limited number of guests allows you to enjoy a prime view of the chef preparing and a chance to chat with the other foodies at the experience.

Due to the limited number of seats inside, you will need to make reservations. It will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from 6:30 p.m.
