In an announcement this morning, it was stated by a popular Canadian airline that there are 90 new WestJet flights from Calgary. All the flights will be starting this summer with means you may want to start booking off work right now because you could be hitting awesome places like Paris and Portland.

WestJet has just announced that they will be adding a bunch of new flights to their roster as well as expanding their existing offerings. As such, jetting out of Calgary just got a whole lot easier.
This new schedule will be coming into effect this summer and will be introducing 90 new flights, all departing from Calgary.
It will also include a new, non-stop link to Dawsons Creek, B.C.
According to the news release, WestJet is focused on investing in Alberta in order to build and strengthen its Calgary outlet.
By the looks of the new summer schedule, you will be able to cross of your travel bucket list without a problem.
Some of the highlights include Paris, Rome, Cabo San Lucas, Boston, and Victoria.
All the flights will run on different schedules but for the most part, each flight will operate at least once a week.
Altogether, the new flight schedule will include 11 new domestic destinations, two destinations, and three international destinations.
Some of these flights are already in existence and are just increasing the weekly amount of flights. This will include destinations like Victoria, Yellowknife, Winnipeg, Abbotsford, Comox, and Portland.
Others, like the flights to Rome, are completely brand new to the airport and we couldn't be more excited.
In addition to the new schedule, starting May 4, 2020, WestJet will begin new service between Calgary and Boston.

WestJet explained in the announcement that they have added over 300 Dreamliner departures out of Calgary in 2020 which is a 52% increase over 2019.
They have even added new Canadian flights to Paris, London and Dublin so you can start planning a European holiday.
This airline is becoming so popular that even Prince Harry was seen taking a WestJet flight.
