Camila Cabello has been a rising star for all of 2017, as well as 2018. After her departure from Fifth Harmony at the end of 2016, things have been looking up for the 21-year-old. However, like many of us, she deals with some serious mental health issues, and she's speaking out about it for the first time.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Camila reveals that she has OCD and talked about it in depth with the magazine. Camila, who is about to open for BFF Taylor Swift on her Reputation tour, told the magazine, "OCD is weird. I laugh about it now. Everybody has different ways of handling stress."

She went on to say, "For me, if I get really stressed thinking about something, I'll have to start the same thought over and over again, and no matter how many times I get to the resolution, I feel like something bad is about to happen if I don't keep thinking about it." Camila told the magazine that she didn't know what it was at first, and when she learned how to take a step back, it made her feel so much better.

She also has the support of her mom and family during this difficult time, telling the magazine, "I feel so much more in control of it now. To the point where I'm just like 'Aha! OK, this is just my OCD". Camila said she'll ask her mom a question for the fourth time, and her mom will straight up tell her "That's your OCD. You've got to let it go". She also said that the hardest part about this job is being away from her family, but it's the best when her mom gets to travel with her and calls her her best friend.
