Canadian Women Are The Most Happy Working For These Companies
Great Place To Work is known for releasing various reports about the best companies to work for in Canada and around the world. Their latest one is focusing on women in the workplace. The company released its 2019 list of "Best Workplaces for Women" today on Wednesday, March 27. The rankings revealed which companies are the ones that Canadian women are the happiest working for.

In order to qualify for this list, these Canadian companies first have to be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year. On top of this, there are other requirements to meet.
Companies must "have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees agree that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender," reads the report. "We determined the best based [on] the overall Trust Index score from female respondents, as well as their programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women."
Several well-known companies made the list, such as JOEY Restaurant Group, Mastercard Canada, and Cactus Restaurants Ltd. Cactus operates a number of restaurants across Canada and is especially popular in B.C. Even Vancouver celebrity Kaitlyn Bristowe worked for Cactus before she went on to star in ABC's The Bachelorette.
