Last night was the BET Awards. The Black Entertainment Awards celebrates artists, athletes, actors and entertainers across the United States. The coveted event aired last night on June 24th and was hosted by Jamie Foxx. Some of the winners last night included, Beyonce, Cardi B, Tiffany Haddish and even Migos!
While Migos accepted their award for Best Group, Offset made a comment that shocked his fans. During his short speech, he thanks "his wife". Fans were confused and frankly stunned considering Cardi B and Offset had been engaged for months, but there was never any news that they were married!
We also know that Cardi B is very pregnant with Offset's baby. The news of their marriage comes after Cardi B and Offset released their Rolling Stone cover and interview. In the interview, Cardi B talked about how she has been criticized for staying with Offset, who already has three children with three other women.
I guess this is proof that Cardi B and Offset are serious about their relationship and their lives together.
Here's the video of Offset calling Cardi B his wife at the BET Awards.
