Canadian Celebs Are Posting The Mushiest V-Day Love Notes To Their S/Os

Cupid is officially in town, spreading love everywhere he goes. For those in relationships or marriages, it's an especially romantic day to celebrate another annual milestone together. And what better way to feel the love than to let these Canadian celebrity Valentine's Day posts melt your heart.

This year is the first season of love for new couples like Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and actress Zooey Deschanel, Matthew Perry and talent manager Molly Hurwitz, and Keanu Reeves and artist Alexandra Grant.

Some newlyweds are also spending the holiday as a married couple for the first time, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Riverdale's Vanessa Morgan and Michael Kopech.

For other couples, like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Likely, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, and Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato, this Valentine's Day celebration is another one to add to the years they've spent together.

Even the Schitt's Creek Instagram account joined in on the holiday fun and shared a snap of a sugar cookie featuring on-screen fiancées David and Patrick in a loving embrace.

Grab your box of chocolates and maybe a bottle of wine for these seven Valentine's Day messages.

Vanessa Morgan

The Riverdale star tied the knot last month with her husband Michael Kopech, a pitcher for the Chicago White Sox.

In her photo dedicated to him, she wrote, "Happy Valentine’s Day to my twin". Morgan followed that post with a video of her and Kopech playing a "Valentine’s newlywed game" together.

Drew Scott

The younger twin of the Property Brothers duo shared a set of adorable photos with his wife Linda Phan. In the caption, he wrote, "Happy Valentine’s Day to my whole ❤️. I can’t wait to celebrate this weekend!"

The two got married in 2018, and Phan is now the creative director for Scott Brothers Entertainment. He recently admitted that the couple is ready to start their own family together.

Giacomo Gianniotti

The Grey's Anatomy star shared a lengthy story about his new wife Nichole Gianniotti who he married last year. He reminisced about a trip they took together three years ago.

He wrote, "We stayed in this beautiful quaint little hotel on a vineyard, and while she was sleeping one morning I took my pocket knife, which never leaves my side, to this beautiful tree outside in a field. I carved our initials in a heart." Swoon!

Ellen Page

The Halifax native tied the knot with Ottawa-born professional dancer Emma Portner in 2018. Her post dedicated to her wife shows a set of photos and the caption calls Portner her heart. The dancer also shared photos congratulating Page on her six-year milestone since coming out.

Antoni Porowski

The Montreal born Queer Eye star is dating a New York advertising exec named Kevin Harrington, reports Us Weekly, who confirmed the relationship in December 2019.

For their first Valentine's Day together, Porowski shared a photo of them with the caption, "The helmets should probably be mandatory for literally everything we do together, but I wouldn’t have it any other way".

Ashley Leggat

Life with Derek and Family Channel alum Ashley Leggat is all grown up now and even has a husband and two daughters.

She married hockey player Jeremy Williams in 2011 so this definitely isn't their first season of love together. This year, she shared a bunch of photos of the couple and in the caption wrote, "Happy Valentine's Day to my one and only! Thank you for loving your girls the way you do."

Shenae Grimes-Beech

The 30-year-old Toronto-born actress best known for Degrassi: The Next Generation and 90210 is another childhood star who's totally grown now.

She married singer Josh Beech in 2013 and they have a daughter together. On Instagram, Grimes-Beech posted photos of the incredible bouquet of roses that her husband bought for her with the caption, "My funny forever Valentine."
